Terms of Service

Effective October 12, 2026

These terms are a contract between you and ShowOnce ("we", "us"). By checking the box to accept them or by using ShowOnce, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. When you check the box we keep a record of your acceptance (date and time, versions accepted, IP address and browser). Section 13 requires individual arbitration and waives class actions.

1. Who can use ShowOnce

You must be 18 or older and use ShowOnce for business purposes. If you use it for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.

2. What ShowOnce does

ShowOnce uses artificial intelligence to turn your screen recordings, documents and tool lists into training guides, quizzes and an automated AI trainer. AI can make mistakes. Review every guide before you rely on it or share it. Guides are not legal, safety, medical or other professional advice.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to what you record and upload ("your content") and to the guides made from it. You give us permission to store, process and display your content only to run ShowOnce for you, including sending it to our AI provider. You are responsible for your content and confirm that you have the right to record and share it. Don't record or upload passwords, health information, government IDs, payment card or bank numbers, or other people's personal data without permission.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use ShowOnce to break the law; infringe anyone's rights; upload malware or intimate images of anyone without their consent; get around plan limits or security; overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service; or make hiring, firing, pay, promotion or other employment decisions about people based on guides, quizzes or trainer answers.

5. The AI trainer

The trainer on each guide is an automated AI system, not a person. Its answers come from the guide and its source material and may be wrong or incomplete.

6. Plans, billing and renewal

• The Free plan includes 3 guides a month, made with a faster AI model and without the AI trainer. Its limits may change.
• Paid plans include a monthly allowance of credits. Each guide uses credits according to how much the AI has to process; we show an estimate before you build and charge what the guide actually used. Unused credits don't roll over. Questions to the AI trainer don't use credits.
• Paid plans are billed in US dollars through Whop at the price shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes.
• Paid plans renew automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your Whop orders; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for.
• If we change a price, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal.
• Refunds: if ShowOnce isn't right for you, ask within 7 days of your first payment through our contact form and we'll refund it. Otherwise, payments are not refundable for partial months except where the law requires.
• Plan limits (credits, files and trainer questions) are listed in our pricing section. We may slow down or pause use that looks abusive.

7. Reporting content and copyright

To report a guide that infringes your rights, contains your personal data or intimate images, or is otherwise illegal, use the Report link on the guide or our contact form with the guide link. We remove non-consensual intimate images within 48 hours of a valid request. Copyright notices should identify the work, the guide link, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act. We terminate repeat infringers.

8. Other companies' products

Names of tools such as HubSpot, QuickBooks or Slack are trademarks of their owners. ShowOnce is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

9. Disclaimers

ShowOnce is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100.

11. Indemnity

You agree to cover our losses from claims caused by your content or your breach of these terms.

12. Ending use

You can stop using ShowOnce anytime and delete your guides. We may suspend or end access for breaches of these terms or to protect the service or others.

13. Disputes: arbitration and class action waiver

Before filing a claim, contact us and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. If we can't, any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and we waive the right to a jury trial and to bring or join any class or representative action. You may opt out of this section by telling us through the contact form within 30 days of first accepting these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for material changes, post a notice on the site. Continuing to use ShowOnce after a change means you accept it.
